At PPG Powder Coatings, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchases. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or contact our beauty support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unused items back in their original boxes and ensure they are padded well to prevent damage to the pigments or containers during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
